In line with this trend, Xiaomi, a popular tech brand, has announced the launch of its flagship smartphone in January. Xiaomi has revealed the Redmi Note 13 5G series, scheduled to hit the market on January 4. Notably, this series stands out for featuring a 200MP camera for consumers.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, Xiaomi may launch the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G with a price tag of INR 32,999. This price is expected to be for the 12GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It’s worth noting that the company launched this model in China at a budget-friendly price of INR 21,500. The base model’s price for the Indian market is estimated to start at INR 25,000, based on leaks. However, post-launch, prices in India may see adjustments.
As for the specifications of the Redmi Note 13, the base variant is expected to feature a 6.66-inch FHD+ display. The display panel will be OLED with a 120Hz refresh rate. For protection, it will be equipped with Gorilla Glass 5, and users can expect 1000 nits peak brightness. The smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 processor for enhanced performance, coupled with a 5000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging. In the photography department, it will boast a dual-camera setup, with a primary 108MP camera and a 16MP selfie camera.
Moving on to the top model, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus, users can anticipate a 6.67-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1200 nits peak brightness. This model will have an IP68 rating for added durability. The smartphone will pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 120W fast charging. Xiaomi is expected to introduce the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra processor. In the camera department, users will enjoy a remarkable 200MP primary camera, and for selfies and video calls, there will be a 16MP front camera.
