Salman Khan recently took the reins as the host of the OTT version of the popular television reality show.
New Delhi: The world of Bigg Boss continues to captivate us. The show’s creators unveiled the promo for the 17th season on Thursday night via social media. The upcoming season will be broadcast on Colors TV, although the release date has yet to be announced. In the promo, Salman Khan sports a short hairstyle and showcases three distinct looks. He declares in the video, “Until now, you’ve only glimpsed into Bigg Boss’s eyes. Now, you’ll witness his three avatars.” The video then transitions to Salman Khan donning a pink ensemble, symbolizing “Dil” (heart). The second featured avatar is the “dimaag” (brain), and the third is “dum” (power). Salman Khan concludes by saying, “That’s all for now; the promo has concluded.”
The caption accompanying the video shared on Colors TV’s official Instagram handle reads, “This time, Bigg Boss will reveal a unique color that will leave you all amazed. Watch Bigg Boss 17 soon, exclusively on Colors. #BB17 #BiggBoss.”
Bigg Boss 17 marks Salman Khan’s 14th season as the show’s host. Apart from Salman Khan, prominent figures like Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty, and Arshad Warsi have also graced the show as hosts. In the previous season, rapper MC Stan emerged as the winner, with Shiv Thakare as the runner-up.
This year, Salman Khan also hosted the second season of Bigg Boss OTT, following filmmaker Karan Johar’s hosting of the first season. YouTuber Elvish Yadav claimed victory in Bigg Boss OTT 2, while Divya Aggarwal emerged as the victor in the inaugural OTT season of the TV reality show.
