In the tehsil of Badshahpur, there is a proposal to increase the circle rates by up to 87 percent for agricultural land. Additionally, there is a proposal for a 70 percent increase in the circle rate for agricultural land in Kadipur and a 52 percent increase for land in Nuhpur Jhadsa. Residential plot circle rates in Malibu Town are expected to see an increase of up to 35 percent. The list of proposed increases in circle rates goes up to 87 percent in the Ardee City Society of Sector 52.

Kamahavir Yadav, a farmer from Badshahpur, Gurugram, is concerned about the proposed list of increased collector rates in various tehsil areas of the city. Buyers are worried about purchasing residential and commercial plots as well as the significant increase in circle rates for agricultural land, which has delighted the farmers.

In the village of Basai in Kadipur tehsil, there is a proposal to increase the circle rate for agricultural land by up to 70 percent. Similarly, the circle rate for land in Mohammadhedi village is proposed to be increased by 67 percent.

In Aklimpur village of Badshahpur tehsil, there is a proposal to increase the circle rate for agricultural land by 87 percent. Additionally, there is a proposal for a 70 percent increase in the circle rate for agricultural land in Badshahpur and a 52 percent increase for land in Nuhpur Jhadsa village.

There is also an expected increase of up to 35 percent in the circle rates for residential plots in Malibu Town. The list includes proposed increases of up to 87 percent in the circle rates for the Ardee City Society of Sector 52. Similarly, a proposal for an increase of up to 87 percent in rates has been prepared for Rosewood City in Sector 49.
