Live Updates on Sikkim Flash Floods: As a result of a cloudburst over Lhonak Lake in North Sikkim early on Wednesday, a flash flood has swept through the Teesta river basin. Eighteen bodies have been recovered, and 98 individuals, including 22 army personnel, are still unaccounted for.
