Prince Harry and Meghan Markle appear to share a unique connection with Halloween, and an intriguing aspect of this connection involves Princess Eugenie.

In October 2016, Meghan and Harry, along with Princess Eugenie and her husband, James Brooksbank, attended an apocalypse-themed party in Toronto. At the party, Harry had the chance to mingle with other guests while donning a disguise. He later recounted this event in his autobiography, “Spare.”

Harry humorously remarked, “If that’s the Apocalypse, I thought, bring on the end of the world.” He described the party as loud, dark, and filled with revelry, deeming it the perfect atmosphere.

As for Meghan, Harry mentioned, “Several people did double-takes as Meg passed through the rooms, but no one looked twice at her dystopian date. I wished I could wear this disguise every day. I wished I could reuse it the next day and visit her on the set of Suits.”

Eugenie is considered to be the closest member of the royal family to the Sussexes. She was the first person within the royal circle whom Harry introduced to Meghan before their marriage. The warm bond between Eugenie, James, and Harry and Meghan has always remained intact.

A royal commentator noted that, aside from Princess Eugenie, Harry and Meghan have distanced themselves from the rest of the Royal Family. According to Jennie Bond, they appear to have cut ties with most other members and are gradually transitioning into a more celebrity-like lifestyle.

An insider revealed that the relationship between Harry, Meghan, and Eugenie is under scrutiny within the royal family. “For the King, Camilla, and the Waleses, it’s rather unfortunate that Eugenie and Beatrice are so close to the Sussexes,” the source said. They expressed concerns about what information the sisters might be privy to, given their ongoing connection to Buckingham Palace, and the potential unintentional revelations that could follow.
