Allu Arjun’s family dressed in vibrant yellow attire to celebrate Ganesh Chaturthi at their home, sharing multiple images of their festivities on Instagram.
On Monday, Allu Arjun marked Ganesh Chaturthi with his family and provided a glimpse of their home celebrations through Instagram Stories. He sported a white kurta-pyjama for the occasion, while his wife, Sneha Reddy, and their children, Ayaan and Arha, donned bright yellow outfits in reverence of the festival. The family brought the idol of Lord Ganesha into their home and arranged a beautiful floral podium for the deity.
Sneha Reddy, Allu Arjun’s wife, also shared a lovely picture of herself adorned in a saree as part of the celebration. However, Allu later deleted an image of his children that was visible on Sneha’s Instagram Stories. One video clip featured their daughter, Arha, dressed in a yellow tulle ensemble, participating in the puja. Another picture showcased her standing with her brother, who was dressed in a yellow kurta and white dhoti.
In a significant development, Allu Arjun’s daughter, Arha, made her acting debut this year in the film “Shaakuntalam,” starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu. In the movie directed by Gunasekhar Karri, Arha played the role of Prince Bharata, Shakuntala’s son.
Furthermore, Allu Arjun recently received the National Film Award for Best Actor for his outstanding performance in the film “Pushpa: The Rise.” The movie also earned the award for Best Music Direction (Songs) for Devi Sri Prasad. Directed by Sukumar, this action-thriller is set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling and portrays the intense conflict between smugglers and law enforcement.
Allu Arjun is currently working on the sequel, “Pushpa: The Rule,” which is scheduled to be released on August 15, 2024. He has been seen in a unique avatar in the initial promotional material, donning gold jewelry and a garland of lemons while holding a gun. A poster unveiling on September 11 also depicted him in his distinctive Pushpa style, adorned with rings and bracelets, sitting on a chair.
Additionally, a promotional video was released, featuring a voice-over referring to the character of Pushpa Raj escaping from Tirupati jail. At the conclusion of the video, Allu Arjun appeared as Pushpa, wrapped in a shawl, seeking refuge in a jungle. The voice-over emphasized, “When an animal takes two steps backwards, it is because of a tiger, but when a tiger moves backward, it is because of Pushpa.”
