In a telephonic conversation with a Dainik Jagran correspondent, Indian team captain Ritu Negi expressed that winning the Arjuna Award is a dream for every athlete. She emphasized that every player should strive hard to achieve victory in their respective sports.

She also secured a silver medal in Senior National Women’s Kabaddi in 2018. Ritu Negi has left an indelible mark in various national and international competitions.
