Security Breach in Parliament Case: All the accused involved in breaching the security of the Parliament building had met approximately nine months ago. They decided to use the Parliament to express their opposition. During the budget session in March, they entered the Parliament building through the entertainment visitor pass and conducted a reconnaissance.
The conspirators had no plans to create a disturbance on the day of the Parliament attack on December 13. They intended to create chaos on December 14, but they obtained the pass for entering the Parliament on December 13. Consequently, on the same day, the accused created a commotion both inside and outside the Parliament.
They expected to get the pass on December 14 as promised by MP P.A., but the Delhi Police’s Special Cell report, prepared after interrogating the accused, reveals that on the night of December 10, Sagar, Neelam, and Amol, alias Vicky (a friend of entertainment), reached Vicky’s house in Gurugram.
Later in the night, Lalit Jha arrived, and the next morning, he arrived by the entertainment flight. They stayed in Gurugram for three nights and two days to arrange the pass for entering Parliament. The accused revealed during the interrogation that on December 13, they traveled from Gurugram to Delhi to get the visitor pass.
Sagar met MP P.A. at 18, Mahadev Road, around 9 a.m. on the same day and reached Sadar Bazar at around 10 a.m. There, he purchased two tricolors and returned to India Gate to meet other conspirators. Neelam, Amol, and Lalit Jha arrived in Gurugram by cab. They met at India Gate with Sagar.
They held a meeting for about half an hour, deciding that Sagar and entertainment would enter Parliament carrying smoke canisters. Each of them was given a yellow and red smoke canister, which they concealed under their shoes. Meanwhile, Neelam, Amol, and Lalit Jha decided to demonstrate outside Parliament. According to police officers, the accused not only burned the smoke canisters but also threw pamphlets using their shoes.
Police investigating claims made on social media According to police sources, the meeting between the accused took place through social media, specifically on the Facebook page of Bhagat Singh Fan. The accused claimed that they had met in Mysuru about a year and a half ago to raise social issues through a single medium. Police are verifying the truth of this claim.
Met at all metro stations Sagar left Lucknow for Delhi and reached Delhi by Gomti Express. He got off at New Delhi Railway Station from the train. An hour later, Amol arrived from Maharashtra, and Neelam came from Uchana, Haryana. They met at all metro stations.
A meeting at India Gate for half an hour Neelam, entertainment, Lalit, and Amol came to Delhi by cab from Gurugram and waited for Sagar at India Gate. They held a meeting at India Gate for half an hour. Here, they planned the entire conspiracy for creating a disturbance.
Police will take them to Gurugram According to sources from the Special Cell, the team has not been able to recreate the scene after the arrest due to the ongoing session. However, the team is attempting to recreate the scene soon, possibly on a day when the session is not in progress. The Special Cell team will also take the accused to the flat in Gurugram where they had met.
