Following the information about the incident, the administration rushed to the scene where a horrific collision occurred between a bus and a dumper. After the collision, a severe fire broke out on the bus, resulting in the tragic death of 13 passengers who were engulfed in the flames. Additionally, 10-15 individuals sustained serious injuries and were transported to the district hospital for medical treatment.

Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has ordered an investigation into the incident and announced compensation of ₹4 lakhs to the families of the deceased. The distressing incident occurred around 8:30 PM on Wednesday, approximately 14 kilometers before Aroon and 31 kilometers ahead of Guna.

Upon receiving the news of the incident, the Police Superintendent and the District Collector of Guna reached the site promptly. However, the situation escalated so rapidly that the administrative authorities had limited opportunities to take decisive actions. Reportedly, a fierce fire erupted in the bus immediately after the head-on collision, preventing some passengers from evacuating. The collision and subsequent fire engulfed the bus entirely, resulting in the tragic loss of lives.

Chief Minister Yadav expressed deep sorrow over the incident and emphasized the need for a thorough investigation. The collision and subsequent fire affected 25-30 passengers who were onboard the bus at the time of the incident.
